By accessing and placing an order with PixelPrints.SG Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and PixelPrints.SG Pte Ltd.
By uploading artwork to our platform, you warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we suspect infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or costs arising from the printing of your submitted files.
Due to differences in monitor calibration, the colors on your screen may differ slightly from the final printed product. We print using industry-standard CMYK profiles. We are not responsible for color variations that occur due to user-submitted files being in RGB mode or low resolution.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and PayNow through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Full payment is required before production begins. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Custom Goods: As all our products are made-to-order based on your custom specifications, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
Defects: If you receive a defective product (e.g., damaged material, significant print error caused by us), you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a reprint at no cost. We do not refund for errors in the original file submitted by the customer (e.g., typos, low resolution).
While we strive to meet our 48-hour production targets (If Applicable), delivery times are estimates. PixelPrints.SG Pte Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, PixelPrints.SG Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising from the use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore. PixelPrints.SG Pte Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
